We’re looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Creative Trainer—an expert digital media creator and high‑performance coach—who will own the skill transfer within our creative talent pipeline and transform our Virtual Assistants into an elite creative content force.
Responsibilities
- Live Performance Training & Facilitation
- Virtual "War Room" workshops: design and lead engaging, high‑energy hands‑on sessions that focus on immediate application, production speed, and conversion strategy.
- Core skill development: certify VAs in critical e‑commerce content skills, including
- Short‑Form Video Mastery – coaching on viral mechanics, hook strategies, rapid editing in CapCut, and platform‑specific algorithm compliance.
- Conversion Graphic Design – training in strategic layout, call‑to‑action placement, A/B testing visuals, and brand consistency in Canva Pro.
- Tech stack proficiency: lead hands‑on coaching and certification for mission‑critical software such as Canva Pro, CapCut, Adobe Express, and Meta Business Suite.
- Data‑Driven Critique & Performance Elevation
- Conduct targeted 1:1 and group critiques using a performance lens, diagnosing creative weaknesses based on actual client data (CTR, CVR, test results) and providing actionable feedback.
- Define quality benchmarks in partnership with Creative Operations, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards from concept to pixel‑perfect asset.
- Continuous skill gap analysis: identify emerging gaps through observation and post‑training data and rapidly develop new training modules or workshops.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in training, coaching, or leading workshops for digital media, content creation, or visual design in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional, demonstrated expertise in the full content creation lifecycle, producing conversion‑focused short‑form video and static graphics for Instagram and TikTok.
- Clear understanding of how creative execution drives key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and experience training or designing content for paid social advertising.
- Deep working knowledge of the modern creative tech stack (Canva, CapCut/Premier Pro equivalents, Asana/Trello) and ability to simplify complex workflows for learners.
- Superior virtual presence and ability to deliver structured, motivational critique that drives immediate performance uplift.
