Business Intelligence & Workforce Strategy Analyst

TalentPop, a high-growth agency supporting over 700 E-Commerce brands globally, is searching for a Business Intelligence & Workforce Strategy Analyst. This strategic role sits at the nexus of BI, advanced analytics, and executive decision-making. Your mission is to build the predictive models and reporting infrastructure that drives TalentPop’s future growth, service expansion, and AI adoption strategy. You will be the organization’s primary data partner, creating the unified, accurate view of workforce performance and operational capacity that powers our executive team.

Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas
  1. Predictive Modeling & Executive Strategy (Primary Focus)
    • Develop predictive models for attrition, hiring demand, internal resource shortages, and growth scenarios.
    • Build comprehensive scenario plans for internal growth, new service expansion, seasonal hiring fluctuations, and operational shifts driven by AI adoption.
    • Model high‑level “what‑if” analyses to support executive decision‑making (e.g., revenue growth, churn patterns, new vertical launches, efficiency targets).
    • Lead the creation and maintenance of the Monthly Business Intelligence Report summarizing strategic workforce insights, hiring performance, and departmental capacity for TalentPop's leadership team.
  2. Business Intelligence & Reporting Infrastructure
    • Build and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting tools that serve cross‑functional leadership (Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Executive).
    • Serve as a key data partner alongside our Engineering and Data Management team to define and maintain the baseline data structure and operational metrics.
    • Ensure data governance and integrity across all BI reporting pipelines (HubSpot, HR systems, etc.) and validate data accuracy for executive consumption.
  3. Workforce & Capacity Planning
    • Translate executive growth strategy into actionable headcount forecasts and hiring targets.
    • Analyze labor capacity utilization and department efficiency to ensure alignment between strategic growth goals and internal labor capacity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic analytics, and/or workforce forecasting, preferably in a BPO or high‑growth service environment.
  • Proven experience building complex, predictive models and executing scenario planning for executive review.
  • Strong background in data governance and serving as a BI‑to‑Engineering partner for data structure and pipeline validation.
