What You’ll Do

• Recruit physicians and healthcare providers across various specialties
• Manage job postings, social media, and candidate outreach
• Use platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn to source and track candidates
• Build strong pipelines and handle candidate communication
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage job orders
• Help shape Orchard’s recruitment strategy as we scale
• Coach and guide junior recruiters (as we grow)
