Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Onsite and remote Level 1 IT support for clients.
- Handling incoming support calls and tickets.
- Assist with post sales IT services and support.
- Assist with hardware and software maintenance.
- Assist with network connectivity and support.
- Assist with maintaining and monitoring servers.
- Documentation and reporting.
