This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage client projects and partnerships in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and strong project manager with a passion for cultivating relationships and seeing projects through to success.

Please note : This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Cape Town.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, depending on client needs and project scope.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives when working within Agile frameworks.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and clients, providing ongoing support and insight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, strategy) to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.

• 3+ years of experience in project management, partnerships, or client services (agency, tech, or digital environments preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Must be based in Cape Town , with access to reliable internet and availability for occasional in-person meetups.
