Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic administrator to support our consulting business by effectively managing data capturing and drafting, handling administrative tasks and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This role also focuses on the completion of various ad‐hoc projects, contributing to the overall success and compliance of the organisation.

You are responsible for

Inclusive of, but not limited to:

  • Perform monthly data gathering, capturing and storage of client information
  • Drafting of EE Analyses
  • Drafting of committee Nomination forms and Appointment Letters
  • Assisting consultants with capturing of Employment Equity Reports
  • Monthly Data Gathering, capturing and storage of client information
  • Conducting SDF Registration for clients
  • Conducting of OFO Coding for new clients
  • Engaging with clients to book training captured on Workplace Skills Plans
  • Liaising with 3rd party training providers on behalf of clients where needs are identified
  • Drafting training proposals for clients
  • Liaise with SETA's on queries, submissions and grants
  • Register Learners on various SETA portals
  • Applications for Discretionary Grant Funding on behalf of clients
  • Capturing of prospects and quotes sent
  • Management of training pipeline and maintenance thereof
  • Assisting consultants with capturing of Skills Development Reports
  • Identify personal, professional and career‑related training needs in conjunction with manager
  • Attend various developmental activities as per schedule
  • SD and EE Compliance Auditing and Reporting aligned to predetermined timelines
  • Record keeping associated with SD and EE Compliance and Reporting
Qualifications

You'll need a customer‑first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

  • Matricor an NQF 4 equivalent Qualification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office essential
  • Working knowledge of Skills Development and Employment Equity advantageous
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Certification of Microsoft Excel advantageous
  • 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • 1 years’ experience in a data‑capturing role

Package & Remuneration:

Salary: R12 500 CTC
