A leading logistics and supply chain company is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage full life cycle human resources. The role requires at least 5-7 years of experience, a relevant degree, and expertise in labor relations. Proficiency in SAGE 300 People management system is essential. The position is full-time, based in KwaZulu-Natal, Durban.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of full generalist HR experience.
- Proven track record in managing labor relations.
- Experience in similar environment at a junior/mid managerial level.

Secondary Education : Matric (Grade 12)
Tertiary Education : Minimum B Degree or N Diploma in Industrial Psychology / Human Resource Management.
Experience :
Minimum of 5 - 7 years full generalist HR related experience (Full life cycle of Human Resources) in a similar environment at a junior / mid managerial level and be able to demonstrate superior Human Capital specialist expertise and junior managerial ability.
A proven track record and experience in managing labour relations in similar environment.
Working experience in SAGE 300 People management system essential.
