Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Johannesburg for a Commercial Manager. The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial operations, develop and implement business plans, manage contracts, and lead commercial strategies to align with company goals.

Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and leading a team to meet operational and financial objectives. This role requires fostering collaboration across departments and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Commercial Management and Business Planning to develop and execute effective strategies and achieve organizational goals.
  • Exceptional Contract Management skills, including negotiation, drafting, and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and solve complex business challenges.
  • Proven Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of the mining, engineering, or manufacturing industries is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
