Zusammenfassung
An international clearing and forwarding agent is seeking a Seafreight Clearing Controller to manage the clearing of seafreight shipments in Gauteng. You'll coordinate transport, handle invoicing, and provide guidance to less experienced team members. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is necessary, and knowledge of ShipShape is advantageous. Join a reputable company in a modern facility located on the Eastrand of Johannesburg.
Qualifikationen
- 5 - 7 years of experience handling seafreight clearing.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Ability to provide guidance to less experienced staff.

- Handle clearing of seafreight shipments.
- Coordinate transport for shipments.
- Manage invoicing and administration for shipment files.

- Clearing of shipment.
- Transport Coordination.

- Arrange insurance cover and process claims.
- Provide guidance to Import Controllers and Learners.
- Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
- 5 - 7 years experience handling seafreight clearing (Non-negotiable).
- ShipShape is highly advantageous.
