A recruitment agency is seeking a remote Senior Legal Recruiter to focus on sourcing top legal talent for UK-based firms. The role requires extensive experience in legal recruitment, particularly via phone and LinkedIn, with a strong emphasis on quality placements. Salary R20 000 per month + R1500 Medical Aid Allowance and 10 days paid leave.
Our Client is looking for a highly experienced and resourceful Senior Legal Recruiter to join a fully remote team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes recruitment, especially over the phone and on LinkedIn, where they’ll be doing most of their talent sourcing and outreach.
They’ll be responsible for placing top legal professionals into high-performing firms and legal departments, with a strong focus on quality over quantity. Experience in and/or knowledge of the UK legal sector is a major advantage, and a background in scaling teams or helping businesses grow is a huge plus.
