Work Schedule : Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant with expertise in financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and accounting operations. This role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience in utilizing accounting software such as NetSuite and be detail-oriented in managing day-to-day financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the general ledger ensuring accurate financial records and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes providing financial insights to leadership.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining cash flow analysis and accrual accounting.
• Utilize NetSuite to maintain financial records and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support variance analysis and help recommend actionable process improvements.
• Assist with internal audits and ensure financial compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or relevant certifications preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (similar accounting software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience with accrual accounting and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
