Job Opportunity : Intercompany Accountant (1-Year FTC)

Contract Type : Fixed-Term (12 Months)

Reports to : Treasurer

We are seeking a skilled Intercompany Accountant to join our finance team on a 1-year fixed-term contract . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in intercompany transactions reconciliations and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

• Review and verify intercompany transaction details.
• Determine appropriate accounting entries (GL accounts cost centers transaction types).
• Post journals and prepare accruals for recurring transactions.
• Ensure timely expense recognition and liaise with accounting contacts.

Reconciliation

Conduct preliminary and final intercompany reconciliations.

Resolve reconciling items within month-end timelines.

Prepare formal balance sheet reconciliations

Treasury

Reconcile foreign currency bank statements against GL and clearing accounts.

Investigate discrepancies and propose resolutions.

Load exchange rates and post bank journals.

Support statutory audits and resolve queries.

Audit

Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
