Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to ACL, Galvanize or Diligent products is desirable.
• Experience with training and facilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their governance, risk, compliance, and audit needs.
• Configure software platforms to align with clients' processes.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure client users are comfortable with the software.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and configurations.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and issue resolution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
