Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake administrative and operational activities which support quality processes, effectively and efficiently.
  • Take major role in implementation and maintenance of ISO.
  • Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Conduct internal audits and spot checks as per the SHERQ Audit schedule on AutoSHEQ. Ensures Corrective Preventive Action Request (CPAR) system is done effectively to address findings.
  • Analyses Quality Management System data for input into the SHERQ management review process.
  • Analyses processes and recommend appropriate changes of QMS procedures to respective managers.
  • Drives corrective action system to ensure timely and effective closure thereof.
  • Provides effective quality trend reports i.e. system audit reports and non-conformance reports.
  • Identify triggers and trends requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and facilitate effective RCA process to avoid recurrent problems.
  • Plan and carry out Supplier Quality Audits and facilitate closure of Supplier non-conformances.
  • Implement quality awareness training across the site.
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly quality reports for the site.
  • Work as part of a team to take forward cross-functional projects and problem solving.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma in Quality Management and/or Analytical Chemistry.
  • Minimum 2 years in a team leader position.
  • Familiar with ISO.
  • System Implementation.
  • Experience in developing quality processes and procedures.
  • Process Control.
  • Internal Auditing.
  • Good report writing.
  • Computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoSHEQ system or similar.
