About The Role
The Accounting International – Staff Accountant II is primarily responsible for processing the Group’s monthly transfer pricing entries in line with the Group’s policy, preparation of management reporting packs, assist with maintenance of Group’s ERP system, preparation and processing of corporate journals, assist with annual audits for international group of entities, assist with B‑BEE reporting and objectives, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.

What You’ll Do
- Transfer Pricing and Group Related Activities
- Routine monthly tasks: Processing of the Group’s transfer pricing entries in line with the Group’s transfer pricing policy
- Processing of intercompany transactions / cross charges in line with Group’s intercompany cross‑charge policy
- Ensuring the elimination of the Group’s intercompany entries (income statement and balance sheet)
- Identification of transactions causing imbalances and helping to resolve these
- Maintaining monthly foreign exchange rates in Oracle
- Monthly forecasting of Group Bonus accruals
- Monitoring B‑BEE expenditure and objectives in line with company guidelines and updating forecast as required
- Review and update of local entity NPAT forecast
- Accounting
- Preparation of monthly flash cash reporting for the Group
- Preparation of monthly accounts receivable reporting for the Group
- Preparation of monthly Group loans reporting
- Preparation of quarter‑end reporting deliverables
- Processing of monthly Group allocations journals
- Accounts preparation and compliance
- Certification of account balances in Blackline
- Other
- Deal with internal audit requests
- General accounting support provided to regional accounting teams
- Maintenance of master data changes in Oracle
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Assist with B‑BEE annual budget allocation
- Assist with annual B‑BEE certification audit
- Ad Hoc analysis / reporting on an 'as requested' basis
You Should Have
- A completed BCom in Accounting or equivalent
- A qualified CA (SA), CIMA, or currently pursuing either designation
- 3 to 5 years of working experience
- SAICA Articles experience (Advantageous)
- Experience in a global, multi‑cultural business environment
- Experience in dealing with internal and external auditorsExperience in B‑BEE legislation (Advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Oracle knowledge an advantage
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Ability to work with precision and maintain high standards of accuracy.
