We are looking for a talented and motivated Middleweight Business Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on providing support for CRM systems and Fusion Middleware technologies, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our business applications. You will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency through effective system management and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain CRM systems and applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Provide technical support for Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle WebCenter Content Management.
  • Manage and configure IBM WebSphere Portal, IBM MQ, and IBM LDAP to support business operations and user authentication.
  • Implement and maintain Kafka for real-time data integration and streaming between business systems.
  • Utilize ElasticSearch, LogStash, and Kibana for log management, performance monitoring, and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to business systems.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system integration and management.
  • Participate in project planning, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to specifications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Engineer or similar role.
