A leading institution in creative media education is seeking a dedicated Gear House Technician to manage technical aspects on their Rosebank campus in Johannesburg. The role requires strong experience in sound equipment troubleshooting and film equipment knowledge. Essential qualifications include 5 years in the Creative Media industry and a qualification in Film and Sound. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Creative Media Industry.
- Practical experience in operational support roles.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects in the Gear House.
- Support students and staff on the Rosebank campus.
- Troubleshoot sound and film equipment.
