Responsibilities

• Ensure production consistently meets budget, goals, and targets.
• Control and reduce power and fuel consumption.
• Manage, develop, and motivate the production team.
• Implement operational strategies in alignment with business initiatives.
• Manage headcount budget and overtime.
• Deviations and trend are timeously detected and action plans are formulated.
• SHEQ management practices are applied and site conforms to regulatory and QMS requirements.
• Work procedures and processes are aligned and improved for smooth flow across departments.
• Manage, develop, and motivate the Production team to achieve objectives.
• Create plans for team development in line with the Care & Growth philosophy.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and inclusive leadership.
• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while maintaining current quality standards.
• Be responsible for production output and product quality.
• Implement operational strategies aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.

• Stock losses / store variances.
• Line productivity yield/ Labour productivity
• Control and reduction of power and fuel consumption
• Manage headcount budget and overtime
• Deviations and trend are timeously detected and revealed when found, formulate action plan for recovery and improvement example stock taking.
• Consistently ensure SHEQ management practices is applied, and site conforms to regulatory and QMS requirements. “Risk Audits”
• Work procedures and processes are aligned and improved to ensure smooth flow of work across departments
• Manage, develop, and motivate the Production team – to achieve Production objectives
• Put plans in place for team development in line with the Care & Growth philosophy.
