Are You the Right Fit?

We are seeking a seasoned and strong leader with experience managing large factories in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You must be capable of handling the full spectrum of factory responsibilities with independence and resilience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience:
• 10-15 years in a senior factory or plant management role, ideally within a unionised FMCG environment.
• Proven experience leading diverse teams and addressing all aspects of factory operations including HR and quality.
• FMCG experience is essential.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical) or Food Sciences is advantageous.
• Business-related postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Strong independent leader with a proven ability to operate autonomously.
