A dynamic property management firm in Durban is seeking an experienced property manager to take ownership of commercial property operations. The role necessitates strong leadership skills, a solid background in property management, and excellent communication abilities. Key responsibilities include leading the property management team, overseeing facilities and budget management, and engaging with various stakeholders. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial property management or retail property operations.
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and PPRA compliance required.
- Advanced computer literacy, including property management software.
Responsabilités
- Lead and develop the property management team.
- Manage vacancies, marketing plans, and lease negotiations.
- Oversee facilities management and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
