Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally in healthcare.
• Proven experience managing diverse payor mixes, including Medicare and commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy and execution for the Wound Care Division.
• Manage payroll, tax compliance and reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
