Job summary
A leading recruitment agency seeks an experienced Irrigation Foreman in Hermanus. Candidates must have proven irrigation installation experience, strong handyman skills, and supervisory experience. Bilingual in Afrikaans and English is required. This full-time position may require outdoor work in varying conditions. Competitive compensation based on experience to be discussed.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead a team on-site for irrigation projects.
- Ensure quality installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Hours: Mon – Thurs | 07h45 – 17h00 Friday | 07h45 – 16h00
Every 2nd Saturday | 08h30 – 12h00

- Proven experience in irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance
- Practical knowledge of basic electrical work and pump systems
- Strong handyman/technical skills with problem-solving ability
- Ability to read plans and work with tools and equipment
- Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team on-site
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Bilingual (Afrikaans / English)
