This role is responsible for ensuring that current Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on mine/customer contracts are met and service improvements are made by direct contact with clients and managing technical teams supporting mines.
Ensure health and safety procedures and policy compliance as well as monthly audits to ensure SLA compliance are managed effectively.
Attending meetings with clients and DDS personnel facilitates collaboration and effective communication.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMS industry at management level, preferably with familiarity with service solutions, people-management, and shift workers is essential.
