This role is based on-site in the UAE and will require relocation. ALEMCO will be visiting South Africa to conduct face-to-face interviews in Cape Town, Pretoria & Johannesburg.

Your Role

• Leading the execution of all MEP installations across designated zones of the project.
• Translating blueprints into efficient field execution using Time & Motion analysis.
• Monitoring cost versus allowable outputs and reporting effectively to line managers.
• Ensuring QA/QC requirements are met — we aim for zero repeat works and flawless delivery.
• Coordinating with Supervisors, Foremen, and QA/QC Engineers to roll out method statements and risk assessments in line with company and consultant standards.
• Keeping schedules tight by ensuring timely availability of materials and tools.
• Managing site documentation: marked-up drawings, progress updates, RFI registers, and more.
• Escalating key issues that need senior intervention while maintaining control of daily site priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Registered as a Civil Engineer (or eligible).
• Minimum 7 years hands‑on site experience in MEP works.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera & Microsoft Office Suite.
