Are you a technically minded insurance professional with strong commercial short-term experience? Join a dynamic Technical Advice team as a Short-Term Support Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting advisers and driving consistent, high-quality advice across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining policies and advice frameworks
  • Support the standardization of advice processes and documentation
  • Provide legal and technical insurance support to financial advisers
  • Research insurance trends and market developments
  • Interpret and apply industry insights within the business
  • Draft insightful articles on short-term insurance topics
  • Prepare professional presentations for training and development sessions
Requirements
  • NQF 5 Short-Term Insurance Qualification
  • 5+ years of commercial short-term insurance experience
  • Strong understanding of FAIS legislation and compliance requirements
