Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in infrastructure maintenance and support.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
• Experience with virtualisation platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise all IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and servers.
• Implement and manage robust cybersecurity frameworks including monitoring, patching, and user access controls.
• Steer and support cloud migration (Azure) and ongoing hybrid infrastructure strategies.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Provide user training and support documentation.
• Manage telephony infrastructure, vendor relationships, and software licensing.
• Lead performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define and enforce operational and security policies.
