Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience supporting Citrix in a senior position.
• Experience supporting Hyper-V, VMware, or Nutanix AHV.
• Able to analyze and prioritize calls based on impact.

Responsibilities

• Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Manage escalations to 2nd Level and Specialist Support.
• Create and update documentation for Standard Operating Procedures.
