Job summary

A leading security company is seeking a Security Site Manager to protect company assets. The role involves daily inspections, training security staff, and conducting investigations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the security sector and be PSIRA Grade A registered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • 5 years’ supervisory experience in the Security Sector.
  • Driver’s license and own, reliable transport is essential.
  • PSIRA Grade A registered.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Security Site Manager's primary purpose is to protect the assets of the company.

He / She will also have to conduct:

  • Daily inspection of security equipment
  • Maintain security standards
  • Conduct weekly searches
  • CCTV reviews
  • Training of security staff
  • Report writing
  • Incident / accident investigations
  • Liaise with clients and external role players
  • Deployment of security staff

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 5 years’ supervisory experience in the Security Sector
  • Computer literate - full Microsoft suite and CCTV programs
  • Report writing skills
  • Investigative skills
  • Driver’s license and own, reliable transport is essential
  • PSIRA Grade A registered
