We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team in the solar energy solutions industry. You will play a key role in helping homeowners and businesses transition to clean, renewable energy. This position focuses on generating and closing sales opportunities for residential and commercial solar installation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer energy needs and recommend tailored solar solutions

  • Use proprietary quoting software to prepare detailed proposals for solar panels, batteries, and storage systems

  • Guide customers through the full sales cycle: consultation, proposal, deposit collection, and installation scheduling

  • Manage a high daily activity level, targeting 10–20 customer calls per day

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and respond promptly to inquiries

  • Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project handoffs

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in renewable energy or home services

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
