Job description

Report to : HQ Regional Director

Location : South Africa

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify and target potential clients within the banking industry to expand our market presence.
  • Product Promotion: Educate potential clients on the benefits of our self-service intelligent terminals and other fin-tech solutions, highlighting their impact on efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in banks, and financial institutions.
  • Custom Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor our solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to the company.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the banking or fin-tech industry, with a strong understanding of self-service intelligent terminals.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with local banking regulations and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for innovation.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Based in Johannesburg or Pretoria.
