Job summary

A growing Employer of Record company in Cape Town is looking for a Sales Development Representative to make outbound calls and set appointments with UK clients. You will earn R20,000 basic plus uncapped commission, with the potential to grow into a Business Development Manager. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of B2B telesales experience and excellent communication skills in English.

We are a fast-growing South African Employer of Record (EOR) company servicing UK, US, and Australian businesses.

Our EOR solution handles payroll, HR, taxes, and compliance, allowing UK companies to hire seamlessly and legally in South Africa.

Were looking for a driven, resilient communicator to call UK-based CEOs, Directors, and Business Owners, setting appointments for our Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential UK-based clients.
  • Manage your pipeline, log calls, and track follow-ups on our CRM.
  • Communicate and collaborate internally via Slack.
  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Book a minimum of 4 qualified discovery calls per day for the BDM team.
  • Work closely with the HOD, to refine call scripts, outreach strategy, and client targeting.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3 years experience in telesales, or lead generation (Must be B2B).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident and comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
  • Experience using Close CRM or similar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
