Role Description

This is a full‑time role based in Cape Town, South Africa, supporting Africa‑wide recruitment operations. The Recruitment Administrator (with Resourcing) will provide essential administrative and sourcing support to the recruitment team, ensuring the smooth coordination of recruitment activities across contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct hire roles, primarily within the energy and technical sectors.

This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and enjoys supporting recruiters while developing sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen CVs and support initial candidate outreach and engagement
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
  • Prepare candidate documentation and assist with candidate submissions
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date candidate records within the ATS/CRM system
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
  • Assist with job postings and vacancy management across platforms
  • Track recruitment activity and support reporting requirements
  • Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to support delivery priorities
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
