Rewardsco is looking for a Project Manager who can drive cutting‑edge technology projects from concept to completion on time, on budget, and with impact!

Location: Durban or Johannesburg‑Sandton

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, including risk, issue, dependency, change, and financial management, with clear reporting to senior leadership.
• Act as the central coordination point across cross‑functional teams and vendors, facilitating collaboration and managing inter‑team and inter‑project dependencies.
• Ensure delivery outputs meet agreed quality, performance, security, and compliance standards, with structured handover into operations and support.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, vendor deliverables, and cost tracking in line with approved business cases.
• Support delivery teams by removing blockers, enabling readiness for delivery, and coordinating release, deployment, and post‑release stabilisation.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and contribution to PMO standards, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certification is advantageous.
• A Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience managing technology projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Clear Criminal record.
