Purpose of Position

To lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget while meeting quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and apply best practices in project management.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders – Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability
• Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and methodologies
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure documentation is up to date
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned post‑project completion

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSc or BEng) – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory – Minimum 5 years of industry experience in project management
• Demonstrated experience in mining, construction, and manufacturing sectors
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects
• Experience in stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk mitigation
• Familiarity with change management principles

Travel

• International and/or domestic travel will be required.
• Valid Driver's License and passport
