Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Production Foreman or a related field is a plus
