What Youll Be Doing
  • Lead & Supervise: Manage the daily workflow of the procurement team and ensure smooth purchasing operations.
  • Source & Negotiate: Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate top-value contracts and terms.
  • Approve & Optimize: Review purchase orders monitor stock levels and streamline procurement to match budget and operational targets.
  • Report & Analyse: Track vendor performance analyse market trends and generate insightful procurement reports and savings forecasts.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold ethical and procedural standards across all procurement activities coordinating closely with internal departments like finance logistics and operations.
What You Bring
  • Certificate / Diploma in Supply Chain Procurement or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain including 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong skills in negotiation vendor management and ERP / procurement software
  • An analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication abilities
