Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Process Manager role based in Port Elizabeth. The Process Manager will oversee and optimize the manufacturing processes within the cement grinding facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring production metrics, managing process improvements, supervising the technical team, troubleshooting process inefficiencies, and ensuring adherence to the company's quality standards while meeting production targets.
