The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, analysing databases, creating job descriptions for department staff, recordkeeping for performance measurement and ensuring smooth operations withing the department. The ideal individual is well-presented, has excellent communication skills and possesses a keen eye for detail.

Requirements : Strong organizational and planning skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Professional appearance and demeanour. Experience in performance tracking and HR documentation is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, management or mechanical engineering preferred.
