- Manage the production and post-production process for high-performing UGC and paid social content.
- Ensure final outputs are on-brand, high-quality, and built to perform.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and third-party creators to execute creative with precision and flair.
- Contribute to brainstorms and creative ideation, offering smart, platform-native ideas that cut through the noise.
- Track and evolve content based on performance insights and qualitative feedback.
- Take initiative in elevating creative quality by looking for ways to improve structure, tone, pacing, and format.
- Stay in the loop on cultural trends and emerging formats across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and more

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- With a deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an independent contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices and technology, particularly in Copywriting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Be able to track and monitor the project in a timely manner.
- Flexible and can work any hours of the day.
- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup.
