Production Manager Position

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are consistently met in terms of quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

Operations Leadership :

Analyse existing manufacturing processes; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement robust improvements to streamline operations and scale capacity.

Plan and oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are consistently met.

Lead a team of production staff and ensure effective communication among them.

Continuously monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure they are running efficiently.

Process Optimisation :

Determine areas for improvement within the manufacturing process and develop solutions to increase efficiency.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.

Evaluate the effectiveness of current manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Develop and implement plans to improve manufacturing productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
