  • 2-5 years experience in a Market Researcher position
Responsibilities
  • Interpret market and customer trends and make recommendations based on findings, proposing possible business opportunities or marketing strategies that will improve the position and profitability of the organisation.
  • Work with existing systems and protocols to carry out designated economic research activities, either to support others or to deliver prescribed outcomes for part of a research program.
  • Complete research and analyze data to develop and/or support a sound understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations.
  • Support the collection of data and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and related policies.
  • Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
  • Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.
  • Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation.
