Responsibilities

• To support and represent the Divisional Executive to drive cross functional integration and achieve operational excellence, scalable operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
• To provide the single point of contact for client experience for products and business change into BSC.

Experience

Minimum:

• Experience in senior management roles, with a focus on strategic operations management, business integration, and client experience within the financial services or FMCG industry
• Experience in successful implementation of new operating models, process re-engineering and strategic initiatives with measurable results over a 5-year period
• Experience of solution viability assessment and business case orientation
• Proven track record of driving integrated business process management, simplification initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Providing strategic thinking to lead diverse set of stakeholders with a strong decision-making track record to influence strategic decisions at the executive level, as well as operational level with the goal of achieving strategic targets
• Able to demonstrate leadership ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse groups of stakeholders to drive alignment across department heads and various teams within the BSC and across the various product teams in Capitec.

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Business Management

• Masters Degree in Business Administration or Business Management

Knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies. Solid knowledge of design thinking approaches, process design methodologies, change management principles, and client-centric strategies. Able to demonstrate leadership ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse groups of stakeholders to drive alignment across department heads and various teams within the BSC and across the various product teams in Capitec.
