The ideal candidate will manage daily financial processes and record-keeping, with an advantage for candidates familiar with Golf Club finances and the Clubmaster system. Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping functions, processing accounts, and assisting with payroll and audits. This role requires strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Relevant bookkeeping/accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a hospitality, golf club, or membership-based environment.
  • Knowledge of the Clubmaster system (advantageous).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage deadlines.
  • Work one weekend per month to support club operations.
