• Experience of 2-3 years in an IT environment, with 1 year in 2nd/3rd level support.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage system availability and server capacity efficiently
2. Ensure incidents are managed and resolved promptly
3. Plan and implement system changes, including documentation and skills transfer
4. Oversee all aspects of daily IT operation
5. Supervise & develop performance of systems support operators
6. Conduct and facilitate internal audits in compliance with external audit rules
7. Perform all functions of project management
8. Ensure compliance with gaming board requirements and codes of conduct, policies, and procedures
9. Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards consistently and accurately

Essential Pre-requisites

1. Matric (NQF 4)
2. IT related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, CCNA, IT diploma / degree)
3. Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)
4. Numeracy skills (NQF 4)
5. Good computer literacy (MS Office)
