Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel is required, and candidates must have their own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects.
• Manage project budgets and conduct regular cost reporting.
