Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Durban. As the HR Generalist you will play a pivotal role in driving HR excellence across our services area of the business. This is a strategic and operational role that blends hands-on HR generalist responsibilities with high-level business partnering.


You will be the first point of contact for HR matters, working closely with line managers, support workforce planning, and ensure seamless business administration. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.


You’ll also lead initiatives in talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning, while championing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Requirements


  • Relevant Degree

  • Preferred: Honours’ Degree


Experience


  • 3 - 5 years in HR Business Partner or HR related experience
