Our engineering / manufacturing client is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsible in being a strategic partner to business units, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business goals.
The HRBP collaborates with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s objectives, enhance employee engagement, and improve organizational performance.
