SmartStart is a successful national network of NGOs and partners that is realising quality, affordable early learning for all children aged three to five. We are achieving this by scaling a network of providers, building a platform for providers, achieving specific ecosystem transformations with governments and partners, and promoting early learning as a priority societal cause.
Purpose of the Role
SmartStart is looking for a self-motivated and driven person who will fulfil the role of being a mentor to our early learning practitioners (Our SmartStarters). The incumbent will inspire and motivate new SmartStarters to start their programmes and problem solve with them as they operate to make impactful and sustainable enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
SmartStart Club Coaches are mentors to our network of early learning practitioners (SmartStarters) who run their own independent preschool social enterprises.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in the non-profit and/or development sector.
