Manager – Governance (Audit)

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer

This role plays a key part in strengthening the company’s governance and compliance foundations. You will design policies, guide regulatory adherence across jurisdictions, manage risk assessments, coordinate audits, and sustain a strong, engaged compliance culture. The organisation is a global financial services entity.

What You’ll Do
  • Establish and update governance and compliance policies

  • Support AML/KYC/AEOI processes and onboarding controls
  • Prepare governance and risk reports for senior leadership and the Board
  • Deliver training and stakeholder engagement across the organisation
  • Monitor regulatory change and recommend best‑practice enhancements
  • Utilise monitoring systems and controls to maintain compliance standards
