A leading law firm in South Africa is seeking a competent Conveyancer (Paralegal) who can work well under pressure and possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of proven experience in Conveyancing and a strong understanding of Real Estate. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ proven experience working in the Conveyancing field.
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic numeracy and literacy skills and FICA.

Responsibilities

• Tagging of fees, lodgements, and registrations on Compu-focus.
• Drawing correspondences/files for various matters.
• Opening new matters on CMS and capturing on Compu-focus.
