Overview

Our client in the telecommunications sector is recruiting a Corporate Paralegal with experience in complex commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract and document management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, review and edit standard legal documents including customer orders, corporate resolutions and filings under the supervision of the senior legal counsel.
• Provide company secretarial and regulatory support to the company secretary.
• Compliance and risk support – support senior legal counsel with internal audits and due diligence activities.
• Support senior legal counsel with development, implementation and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures, training and internal controls across the organization.
• Familiarity with complex commercial contracts; knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications industry would be an advantage.

Qualifications

Diploma / certificate or equivalent level qualification in paralegal / legal studies
